CLA is a free fatty acid derived from safflower oil and is a naturally occurring derivative of linoleic acid.  It is one of the most effective anti-oxidants available and supports cardiovascular health. CLA has rapidly become one of the most talked about weight loss products since its introduction to the public in the late 90’s.
